1. Consent to Receive Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive: Transactional messages via email, SMS, or phone (e.g., the list of sleep doctors you requested, service updates, and responses to your inquiries). Automated messages sent via SMS or prerecorded voice using an autodialer.
By checking the optional marketing box, you also agree to receive:
Promotional and informational messages (e.g., sleep and weight-related health content, updates, and offers), where you have provided express written consent.
You acknowledge that consent to marketing messages is not a condition of using any WakeWell service.
2. Sharing With Sleep Doctors
WakeWell helps connect you with independent, licensed sleep doctors. By providing your contact information, you understand that WakeWell may share it with sleep doctors and healthcare providers so they can contact you about their services, by email, SMS, or phone. These providers are independent of WakeWell, and their communications are governed by their own policies. You may ask WakeWell to stop sharing your information at any time by contacting us.
3. Compliance With TCPA and CTIA Guidelines
WakeWell follows applicable laws and guidelines, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. We aim to ensure that you receive only the types of messages you have consented to, that message frequency is reasonable and disclosed at opt-in, that your information is handled per our Privacy Policy, and that clear opt-out mechanisms are provided in every communication.
4. Opt-Out and Revocation of Consent
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any WakeWell message. For email, click the unsubscribe link in any message. To revoke consent for all communications, including phone calls, contact us at sayhello@wakewell.co.
Transactional or service-related messages (such as a doctor list you requested) may still be sent after you opt out of marketing messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. WakeWell is not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers
WakeWell's messaging is supported by major U.S. carriers. We do not guarantee message delivery, as carriers may filter or restrict messages beyond our control.
